By donating or fundraising over £500 a year, you can become a Community Champion and really help us tackle the biggest challenges facing our community, including social isolation, obesity and increasing mental illness.

You can donate however you like.

For example

• x12 monthly donations of £41.67

  Community Chammpions will receive the following

·         AFC Wimbledon Foundation Pin Badge

. Mention, logo and photo in the Foundation pages of a AFC Wimbledon home match day programme

·         Priority invitations to our AFC Wimbledon Foundation events, fundraising challenges and other activities throughout the year

·         Discounted tickets to AFC Wimbledon Foundation events

·        A listing on our Community Champion’s webpage (coming soon)
