our most successful & impactful year

At AFC Wimbledon Foundation, we believe football has the power to change lives.

From our home at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, we work at the heart of our community to support people of all ages and backgrounds across south-west London. Whether it’s helping a young person find their path, supporting someone with their mental health, or creating opportunities to stay active and connected, our work is rooted in making a real difference.

A Growing Community

What began in 2013 as a small outreach programme has grown into a thriving, community-focused charity delivering over 33 programmes every week.

Today, we engage more than 3,500 people each week, aged 4 to 96, through activities that bring people together, build confidence and improve wellbeing.

Our work is focused across four key areas:

  • Sport Participation – creating opportunities for everyone to play and stay active

  • Education & Employment – supporting young people to achieve and progress

  • Health & Wellbeing – improving physical and mental health

  • Social Inclusion – reaching those most in need and reducing isolation

Powered by Our Community

Everything we do is made possible by the support of our community.

From individual donors and volunteers to local businesses and national partners, every contribution helps us change lives through sport.

Together, we are building a healthier, stronger, and more equitable future for our community..

We are proud of how far we have come - but there is more to do.

Demand for our services continues to grow, and we remain committed to expanding our reach, strengthening our programmes and ensuring no one in our community is left behind.

Our ambition is clear: to be London’s leading community club.
