Role description:
To lead the strategic development, management and delivery of AFC Wimbledon Foundation’s Women & Girls football provision, with specific responsibility for the continued development, delivery and impact of the LeaDON coaching programme. This includes overseeing LeaDON delivery, increasing participation, developing coaching and leadership opportunities, creating clear progression routes for women and girls, and leading the Girls Pathway.
The postholder will be responsible for programme quality, staff management, partnerships, budgets, safeguarding, monitoring and evaluation, and ensuring that provision is sustainable, inclusive and aligned with the priorities of AFC Wimbledon Foundation and relevant funding partners.

Role description:
A Sessional Coach will deliver high quality football and sports coaching activities across a variety of AFC Wimbledon Foundation’s projects. This could include, but not limited to, Football for All, extra-curricular, PPA, PL Kicks, PL Stars, Walking Football, Girls Only football, Girls and Women’s Programmes, holiday camps and matchday activations.
The Community Coach will ensure all delivery sessions are fun, inclusive and safe.

Salary: £36,800
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) working any five of seven days, evenings and weekends and anti-social hours as required.
Role description:
To manage the development and delivery of our current and future Employment & Skills projects. Including, oversight of our existing EFL Training Ground, Future Dons, DIVERT and Street Soccer Projects. The role will work collaboratively to bring together the various Foundation departments to embed Work Experience and Volunteering process as well as expand out our mentoring offer to Schools.
