Equality, Diversity & inclusion (EDI)
Equality Statement
For AFC Wimbledon Foundation (AFCWF), equality is not about treating everyone the same; it’s about ensuring that everyone has equal access to opportunities - through taking into account the differing needs and capabilities of people.
AFCWF are fully committed to equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-discrimination - including mental health and wellbeing. We will work to address areas of under-representation and disadvantage in all aspects of our operations, activities and services. In practice, this means that we will respect the needs of each and every individual regardless of their differences; and to this end we will deliver our operations, activities and services in such a way so as to ensure that that no one is excluded.

Need Support?
If you would like to speak to someone to report an EDI concern or require further guidance:
your support transforms lives
Your support helps us change lives. Every pound you give brings hope to children growing up in difficult circumstances and to adults facing disadvantage and isolation across South London. It means a safe space after school, someone to talk to, a coach who believes in them, and the chance to be part of something positive. You’re not just funding a programme - you’re helping someone feel seen, valued, and capable of more. With your help, we can break down barriers and open up brighter futures. Thank you for standing with us.
