Club Together: Give Every Young Person the Chance to Play, Learn and Belong

Take action against inequality this summer - and improve the lives of your community.

At AFC Wimbledon Foundation, we believe football should be for everyone - not just those who can afford it.

That’s why, as part of this year’s summer appeal, we’re launching the Club Together Bursary Fund - to ensure no young person is left behind. This fund will initially help disadvantaged children and young people take part in our summer football and multi-sports camps free of charge.

But this isn’t just about playing football.

The Club Together Bursary Fund exists to support any young person who wants to be part of the game - whether that means:

  • Joining a football or multi-sports camp

  • Attending a men’s or women’s match at Plough Lane

  • Gaining qualifications to become a coach or referee

  • Building confidence and skills to feel they truly belong

The barriers are real. But so is the potential.

Too many young people in our community are missing out because of financial hardship or a lack of access to safe, positive spaces. The cost of a camp, a ticket, or a training course may seem small - but for some families, it’s simply out of reach.

We know that sport has the power to change lives. It boosts physical and mental health, builds friendships and confidence, and opens doors to a brighter future.

And we at AFC Wimbledon Foundation, have the passion, experience and team to deliver.

We just need your help to reach more of the young people who need us most.

Help us bring our Club and community Together. Donate today.

What your donation could do:

£10 could help give a child their first experience an AFC Wimbledon Foundation Football for All session

£25 could help fund a ticket and travel to watch a match at Plough Lane

£50 could help fund a few days at a football camp for one young person

£100+ could help train a future coach or referee

Whether you give a little or a lot, you’ll be helping a young Don take their first step on the pitch - or into the stands - with pride and purpose.

Every penny helps us say “yes” to more families. Every act of generosity helps build a more inclusive football community.

Together, we can create a club and a community where everyone feels they belong.

Need support? Want to get involved?

If you're interested in applying for a bursary-funded place on one of our camps - or if you see yourself as a future football coach, referee or volunteer but need a little extra help or guidance - we’d love to hear from you.

Email enquiries@afcwimbledonfoundation.org.uk today and a member of our team will be in touch.
