Work For Us: NCS Coordinator

AFC Wimbledon is looking to recruit a driven, passionate and personable NCS Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the successful planning and delivery of the National Citizens’ Service programme for 15 - 17 year olds. 

From 2020, AFC Wimbledon Foundation has been proud to deliver the National Citizens’ Service (NCS) programme.

NCS is one of the fastest growing youth programmes engaging 500,000 young people since piloting in 2009. The NCS experience will give young people a clearer idea of what they want from their future. They will take on fresh challenges, get a taste of independence, be given a platform to have their voices heard and deliver a social action project that will positively impact their local area.

The NCS Co-ordinator will be responsible for the design and delivery of high quality, safe and inclusive NCS activities year round, including the flagship summer experience as well as recruitment and graduate opportunities. The successful candidate will support the AFC Wimbledon Foundation NCS Manager with the day to day NCS duties including face to face/digital recruitment strategy logistics planning, administration and forging community partnerships.
