Gifting togetherness this Christmas

With Christmas fast approaching, now was the time for our Men and Women’s players to spread some festive cheer to the children’s ward at St George’s Hospital!

Teaming up with our AFC Wimbledon Foundation staff and Haydon the Womble, Omar Bugiel, Kelly-Jade Whelan, Joe Lewis, Jake Reeves and Matty Stevens delivered gifts to children of all ages.

There were smiles aplenty which greeted our players, filling them with warmth at a time when togetherness is paramount for people in our local community.

All of the gifts provided were courtesy of generous donations to the Foundation’s Christmas Appeal. The magic of the season should touch every child, especially those facing health or financial hardships. With your support, we can make this vision a reality.
