This session is all about growing female football participation, improving fitness, offering women an alternative way to exercise and providing an opportunity for women to continue to enjoy the game in a relaxed, welcoming environment away from competitive leagues.
If you used play but haven’t for years due to life, work, children and other responsibilities getting in the way, or if you have never played but fancy giving it a go, this is the ideal session for you

Mondays

🕕 Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Harris Wimbledon Academy, High Path, London SW19 2JY
Parking: Free Parking in Sainsburys (SW19 1DD) - 7 minute walking distance
Limit of players: 30
What to Bring:
✅ Water bottle
✅ Shin pads
✅ Appropriate footwear (Session takes place on the 5-a-side pitch, trainers, astros and moulded boots are all fine!)
Wednesdays
📅Day: Wednesday
🕕 Time:
7:00 – 8:00 PM - Beginners Group (for those want to learn the basic skills)
8:00 - 9:00 PM - Intermediate/Advanced Group (for those who want to learn more technical and tactical skills)
📍 Location: Plough Lane Stadium, London SW17 0NR.
Parking: Free Parking in the stadium, accessed through the back away fan gate off Batsford Way
Limit of players: 15 per group

✅ Appropriate footwear (Session takes place on the 5-a-side pitch, trainers, astros and moulded boots are all fine!)

Students: £3
Taster session for new players: Free
Spaces are limited, so if new please email below before booking onto a session to ensure there is still availability.
We also take part in Surrey FA Flexible League, friendly fixtures, and tournaments throughout the year.

Football has incredible benefits for both body and mind. Not only does it positively impact your cardiovascular health and strengthen your whole body, but it increases your coordination, critical thinking and reactions!

At the Women’s Recreational Football sessions, you can expect matches and games, skills and certainly a lot of fun! Please make sure to bring water and also wear suitable clothing.
